Як все почалося

У 2015 році, в невеликій майстерні на Подолі, народилася ідея, яка змінила життя багатьох людей. Засновник Vicelli, Наталля, після багатьох років роботи у взуттєвій індустрії, зрозумів одну просту істину: справжнє взуття — це не товар з конвеєра, а ремесло, яке створюється для конкретної людини.

Працюючи майстром на фабриці, він бачив, як тисячі пар взуття виходили однаковими — без душі, без уваги до людини, яка їх носитиме. Тоді й виникло питання: “А що, якщо повернутися до традицій, коли кожна пара була шедевром?”

Так з’явилося ательє Vicelli — місце, де взуття створюється не для продажу, а для вас.

Що для нас означає Vicelli?

Vicelli — це не просто назва. Це наша філософія:

Перші кроки: 2015–2017

Перші два роки були найважчими. Майстерня налічувала лише 3 майстри та один стіл для кроєння шкіри. Клієнти приходили з недовірою: “Чому ваше взуття коштує стільки?” Ми відповідали просто: “Примірте — і відчуєте різницю”.

І відчували.

Перший клієнт, Андрій із Києва, замовив класичні оксфорди для весілля. Після примірки він сказав фразу, яку ми пам’ятаємо досі:

“Це перше взуття в моєму житті, яке не треба розношувати. Воно сиділо ідеально з першого кроку.”

Саме тоді ми зрозуміли — ми на правильному шляху.

Сьогодні: 2025 рік

За 10 років ми виросли з маленької майстерні у команду з 17 професіоналів:

• 🧵 Шевці — шиють кожен шов вручну
• 🎨 Сапожники — надають взуттю фінального лоску

За цей час ми виготовили понад 1000 пар взуття, і кожна з них — унікальна. Немає двох однакових пар, адже немає двох однакових людей.

1. Якість без компромісів

Ми працюємо лише з італійською та турецькою шкірою від перевірених постачальників. Кожна шкіра проходить ретельну перевірку — якщо вона не відповідає нашим стандартам, ми її не використовуємо. Навіть якщо це означає затримку замовлення.

Приклад: У 2019 році ми відмовилися від партії шкіри на $5000, бо помітили мікротріщини. Клієнт важливіше за гроші.

2. Індивідуальний підхід

Кожна стопа — особлива. Хтось має широку стопу, хтось — високий підйом, хтось — асиметрію. Ми не підганяємо вашу ногу під стандарт — ми створюємо колодку під вас.

Історія: До нас звернулася Олена з Одеси, яка 15 років не могла знайти зручні човники через широку стопу. Ми створили для неї індивідуальну колодку. Через місяць вона повернулася за другою парою. Сьогодні у неї 7 пар Vicelli.

3. Чесність і прозорість

Ми не ховаємо ціни. Ми не обіцяємо неможливого. Якщо ми бачимо, що ваша ідея не буде комфортною — ми скажемо про це чесно.

Наприклад: Якщо ви хочете черевики з тонкої шкіри для зимових морозів — ми порадимо щільніший матеріал. Навіть якщо це означає меншу виручку для нас.
